I highly support weed and the freedom to use weed.
But I am not a person who likes to say it's not a drug, so don't kid yourself, it's a drug. But I do understand it's a very safe drug and people don't like the stigma that surrounds the term. But in the end, that's exactly what it is.
As far as hair tests. They are very accurate tests and can go back very far. The longer the hair the further back it can be detected. Your hair acts like a time line of what was in your body. However, most employers that I have encountered will only look as far back as 2-3 months.
