If you really think someone in your house is doing drugs to the point that you are going to pay to have this person tested...

I would say that instead of sneaking a hair, make an apt at the docs office, have them do a blood test (or hair i guess if you prefer). Dont tell person ahead of time. And basically just tell person that they either do the test or they are not living there anymore (assuming this is your house and im guessing this is a child).

Dont do it behind their back. Confront them to the face.
