I wish I lived in 2 happily married American's fantasy land. I have never had a job in which public safety was involved and there were pre-employment drug screens for them all. I certainly hope that fantasy comes true, pre-employment drug testing will become rare.

Don't use drugs in the first place. If your job depends on passing these, it probably means you are in a position where other peoples safety is in your hands. Shaving your hair will be a dead giveaway. Better to stop the drugs and cut it short and hope you pass it. You'll be better off in the long run.
