I'm getting a drug test. I've never taken drugs so I'm not worried, but I am worried that they will find cigarette usage signs. Can they detect that? Because I'm under 18, so that part is illegal.

But again. No drugs, so that part doesn't matter. Just wondering if a total of about five cigarrettes about two months ago would show up on a hair anaylsis?

Yes the hair analysis can pick up nicotine in your hair. And yes at your age you should not be smoking (sorry I am a mom:) ) Here's the scoop on hair analysis. ANYTHING and I mean anything you have put into your system will be recorded in the hair shafts. It is recorded so nicely in your hair that a test can even narrow down the time frame in which you have put that something into your system. The only way to not have something show up in a hair analysis is to shave your head.

So my advice to you is to be very careful what you inhale or ingest as at some point when someone asks for a hair analysis unless you are bald or something is over the counter or prescribed the hair analysis will pick it up.

Yes it can, anything you intake into your body pretty much can. But, if the are not testing for that, it probably won't because I would imagine that is a seperate test.

There is no chance. Cigarette's can not be displayed on a drug test. Althought many people do worry about it, when i was your age i was smoking and now have quit but many school systems do not even drug test for nicotine. So no worry about the smoking.
