My job will be having a hair follicle drug test for employment the phone interview was done then a asessment test then if thats good fly to texas for a face to face interview so when will they do the hair drug test?When Im offered the job or before all these interviews ect.Thanx any info

What ever their policy is, we only test as we hire not before. We all take one before starting work the first day. They may choose to do it sooner to save time weeding out the drug users.

In some jobs like cops, doctors, nurses, and prison staff, as well as stewardesses, and pilots they do random drug,and alchol screens. I work in remote mines refineries and mines, and drilling operations. We have a drug and Alchol test before we go to each job. We also have random tests on sites. Excessive Alchol, or any drugs are reasons to be sent home, or fired. You can not be under the effects of drugs or alchol while doing work responsible for some one Else's safety.
